Thick wood has been handcrafted into a hexagonal tray with three small diamond plates that nest inside, forming a tradition Japanese geometric pattern. Shining black lacquer has been applied to all sides of the pieces, with the top lines accentuated in a beautiful vermillion red. Versatile vintage piece that is also easy to store, this combination is beautiful used as trays and plates for food, for displaying other objects such as jewelry, or for organization of bottles and other loose bits.
